Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is the foundation of most treatments. The style utilizes long, flowing strokes, often but not necessarily in the direction of the heart. These techniques are used for both relaxation and treatment focused sessions.

Office Workers Massage
Are you kept in a chair by our modern lifestyle? Why not come in for a massage to take care of the stiffness and pain associated with long periods of time at a computer. Most people are a serious injury waiting to happen or rather, a minor injury with serious consequences. Take an hour for preventative health care with the most natural and obvious healing method in the world.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue techniques are generally designed for more focused massage work: perfect for the weekend warrior, professional athlete or those that suffer from chronic pain due to injury. Starting superficially and slowly easing into the depth of the muscle, the practitioner will check with client comfort frequently and address any congested tissue. Very little oil is used as the pressure doesn't travel much over the skin.

Pre & Post Natal Massage
Many women suffer from aches and pains, stiffness and tension during and after pregnancy. A tranquil and stress reducing massage can help to relieve problems such as muscle cramps and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips and legs.

Myofascial Release
What is fascia?

Fascia or connective tissue surrounds your muscles, bones and organs. It is a strong yet mobile sheet of continuous tissue that envelopes the entire body. A more intense treatment, Myofascial Release is a connective tissue technique using no oils or lotions. Its non-gliding tractioning and stretch combined with movement and other soft tissue techniques creates noticeable improvement in tissue length. This technique will...

-enhance muscle performance
-improve quality and quantity of movement
-reduce pain
-help normalize alignment
-decrease muscle tension

Whether you have chronic pain, old injuries, athletic needs, or spent too much time at the computer, this would be an excellent treatment choice.

Hot Stone Massage coming soon…
The ultimate form of stress reduction! Hot stone massage has a dual purpose: the heat of the stones creates a highly relaxing experience and the hardness of the basalt stones allows your therapist to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure.
