An official receipt will be provided for you to apply for reimbursement directly through your insurer, if applicable. HST is applied to all services except Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Treatment, Acupuncture, and Custom Orthotics. Prices current as of October 1, 2023 and are subject to change.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour's notice and no-shows will be billed at 50% of the scheduled fee.
