Automobile insurance coverage and billing
Following a motor vehicle accident in Ontario, you may be eligible for accident benefits to help cover the cost of medically necessary rehabilitation.
At Annex RMT, we can help guide you through the rehabilitation process, including the preparation and submission of applicable treatment plans and insurance documentation through the Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) system.
Depending on your claim and eligibility, treatment may be provided under Ontario's Minor Injury Guideline (MIG) or through another applicable treatment plan.
Direct Billing to Automobile Insurers
Where permitted under our service provider licensing arrangements, we can submit eligible expenses directly to your automobile insurer, reducing the need for you to manage reimbursement claims yourself.
Coverage is subject to applicable insurance benefits, treatment guidelines, and insurer approvals. Our team can explain any potential out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.
