Exercise-Based Care Built Around You

Kinesiology focuses on how your body moves and responds to physical activity.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, returning to exercise, or looking for guidance with strength and mobility, your program is adapted to your goals, abilities, and current level of function.
Kinesiology appointments are offered by Matteo Iannace, Registered Kinesiologist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Part of Your Rehabilitation Team
Kinesiology can complement physiotherapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, massage therapy, and other forms of rehabilitation.
Matteo can work with you independently or as part of your broader care plan, helping you put treatment recommendations into practice through guided movement and progressive exercise.
Kinesiology may be especially helpful when you are ready to move from primarily hands-on treatment toward rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence.

What to Expect During Your Visit
Your first appointment may include a discussion of your goals, a movement assessment, and guided exercises selected for your individual needs.
As you progress, exercises can be adjusted to gradually improve strength, mobility, coordination, and physical confidence.
Unlike osteopathy, which is primarily hands-on, kinesiology appointments place greater emphasis on active movement and exercise rehabilitation.
Meet Our Kinesiologist
Matteo combines his background in kinesiology and osteopathy to help clients improve movement, rebuild strength, and return to the activities that matter to them.
Kinesiology appointments with Matteo focus on active rehabilitation through personalized exercise, movement education, and gradual progression based on your goals and abilities.
Using Kinesiology Benefits
